Hayley Bruce, a spokesperson with the university, confirmed Tuesday that Jeff Nock was no longer an employee and that he had been terminated for violating the school’s sexual harassment policy.

Nock was a lecturer in the Henry B. Tippie College of Business.

On April 25, 2018, Nock was serving a criminal trespass warning for all of the recreation buildings, which barred him from the facilities for six months. Nock had been accused of taking pictures of women while they were working out."
