I would never again commit such an act ...." Respondent then withdrew his request for retirement. On July 27, 1981, Dr. Levy reported his study by letter addressed to James L. Grubbs who had been retained by respondent as counsel.
On August 4, the board of trustees of College rejected respondent's withdrawal of his request to retire and dismissed him."
