Moises Salinas, 44, of West Hartford, entered the plea before Superior Court Judge Hillary B. Strackbein, who then sentenced Salinas to a one-year suspended jail sentence and a two-year conditional discharge. The sentence, the judge said, was issued with the conditions that Salinas resign his job at Central, not teach again and leave the country."
